Work details for the Spring 2012 Rendezvous

OVPR Members,
Work Parties for the Spring 2012 Rendezvous are:

March 3rd And 4th, 10th and 11th, and 17th and 18th.

March 10th & 11th

Set up weekend is March 17th & 18th

PLEASE NOTE:  THERE WILL BE NO WOOD AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SPRING RENDEZVOUS, THURSDAY MARCH 23TH - IF YOU ARE SET UP EARLY - PLEASE PLAN AHEAD AND BRING YOUR OWN WOOD.

Hello All:
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it’s that time again. That’s right, it’s time to get the camp ready
for our guests, and the Spring Rendezvous is right around the corner. The good news is that with so many of us
in attendances, we will get the work done in just three short weekends.
Most of the work will involve tree removal and wood pile replenishing, tree removal being first on the list.
We have three or four downed trees that need to be cut up and moved down below modern camp as well as some that
need to be dropped, cut up and moved below modern camp. All the wood that is needed to replenish the wood piles
is already split, so all we have to do is load it and then stack it up. The work parties will be held on
March 3rd, 4th,
10th, 11th,
17th, and 18th
The 17th and 18th are also the early setup dates for pre-registered campers, so don’t forget your camping gear.
Please remember if you have a chain saws or any other tree removal equipment, please bring it with you. TIA!
